Maximum 2 pets per apartment. Visiting or unauthorized pets are not permitted and can result in a fine per occurrence. Breed restrictions: German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Chows, Doberman Pinchers, Staffordshire Terrier and Pit Bull breeds or mixed breeds of dogs listed are not permitted. 80 pounds is the maximum weight limit for dogs (combined if more than one dog). Additional fees apply. Non-household pets, exotic pets, and aquariums over 15 gallons are prohibited. You are responsible for immediately removing and properly disposing of waste produced by your animal. Management reserves the right to fine residents for waste removal or leash violations.
All use of any tobacco product involving smoking, burning or combustion of tobacco is prohibited in any portion of the apartment community.
